  • Can you give me examples of what the hours are worth?
    Of course! With our hospitality branding services, you can expect a tailored package each month that caters to your upcoming needs. Here are some examples! - 10 Hour Plan: Our long-time chef client is cooking for a major celebrity event next month and asks us to prepare him a full suite of marketing materials including refreshed digital and physical business cards, eye-catching QR code table tents, a set of 3 apron designs for his team, plus an ebook as a free gift to anyone who attends the event. - 20 Hours: Our new lounge owner client asks us to totally renovate his lounge brand this month. So we create a brand new logo suite with 3 variations, a full brand guide with colors, fonts and custom patterns, plus a 2 hour drink photography shoot, and an updated cocktail menu design featuring his new drink photos. - 40 Hours: Our luxury spa and wellness retreat client always needs tons of stuff for their brand. This month we completely revamped their website, captured and edited new photos of their staff, designed punchy signage for the entire building, crafted 10 easy-to-use social media templates for their marketing team, and designed distinctive new towels and robes for their guests. We hope you love these fun examples! Our flexible approach allows us to cater to your specific needs and priorities, ensuring consistent customized solutions that maximize your branding impact.
  • When should I expect to start my new design plan?
    We start new clients with a 3-month contract at the beginning of each quarter. After that, you can choose a contract that suits your needs: 3, 6, or 12 months. Our team is here to assist you throughout the process to make it easy for you. If you're interested in joining us for the next quarter, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We typically stop accepting new clients 2 weeks before the next quarter begins.
  • Will my unused design hours roll over?
    Yes! Any unused hours from your monthly allocation will roll over to the next month, allowing you to accumulate and utilize them strategically. However, it's important to note that unused hours do expire at the end of each quarter. This ensures a fair allocation of resources and encourages consistent engagement with our design services. Our team will always help you maximize the value of your design plan so you can utilize your hours effectively.
  • How does billing work for design plans?
    Clients subscribed to our Design Plans are able to choose from monthly or bimonthly (twice a month) payment options.
  • Do these packages include printing?
    Our packages include design work only, but we can typically accommodate your printing needs as an add-on service. Our team can also provide guidance, recommendations, or facilitate the printing process to ensure your brand materials are produced to the highest quality standards. We understand the importance of a seamless end-to-end branding experience, and we are here to assist you with printing requirements.
  • What is the turnaround time for your Services?
    The turnaround time will depend on the specific service and project scope. We strive to deliver high-quality results efficiently, and our team will provide you with an estimated timeline before you begin. Here is an estimate based on service category: Branding Packages: 1-3 Months+ Ongoing Design Plans: 2-4 Weeks (each month) Á La Carte Services: 2-4 weeks
  • Can I customize your services to fit my specific needs?
    Absolutely! Our branding services are designed to be flexible and customizable. We understand that every brand has unique requirements, and we are dedicated to tailoring our services to meet your specific goals and preferences.
  • Are your services suitable for startups or established brands?
    Our services were designed with established brands in mind, but can absolutely be applied to new brands that are looking to start strong. Whether you're launching a new venture or looking to renovate your brand identity, our services provide effective and stunning solutions to enhance your brand's visibility and market positioning.
  • Are revisions included in the Design Plans?
    Yes, revisions are included in everything that we do. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with the deliverables and most of our work allows for at least 2 rounds of revisions. Our team will collaborate with you throughout the design process, allowing for edits and adjustments to achieve your desired outcome.
  • How does payment work?
    We offer payment options tailored to each project's requirements. For many brand packages, we require a 50% deposit upfront to initiate the work. The remaining amount is due upon project completion. Longer brand packages are usually charged by milestone. Clients subscribed to our Design Plans are able to choose from monthly or bimonthly (twice a month) payment options. Our team will work closely with you to determine the most suitable payment structure for your specific project.
