Introduction
When AC Hotel Aventura needed someone to assess their brand gaps, capture their F&B story, and hand them a clear path forward, I flew to Miami and delivered all three in a single site visit.

The clink of a poolside glass, the sizzle off a rooftop grill, the quiet potential of a
bar concept waiting for its moment in Miami's skyline.
AC Hotel Aventura is a stunning Marriott property sitting in one of Miami's most competitive hospitality markets.
Perfect location, exceptional staff, and a rooftop bar concept with undeniable potential.
Over two days on-site, I worked as a full-service brand partner, conducting a property walkthrough, meeting with the General Manager, Director of Sales, Executive Chef, and Social Content Lead, then executing three distinct shoots covering everything from F&B amenities and chef action shots to poolside beverages and lounge photography across AC Kitchen, AC Lounge and Twenty805 Rooftop Bar.
I also delivered 28 edited professional photos, social media templates, a redesigned amenities sales sheet, and a brand positioning strategy for their rooftop concept, Twenty 805, which I identified as a genuine competitive advantage in an area with virtually no full-service bar alternatives.
The team, from the GM to the Executive Chef, received the work warmly and left eager to bring me back for future projects.
