When Showtime Catering, the Atlanta hospitality group behind the beloved GRILLZ food truck, was ready to bring their neo-soul fast-casual vision to life, they trusted me to art direct the entire brand from the ground up.

The bold flavor of a food truck legend, the warmth of a neo-soul kitchen finding its
first walls, the unmistakable rhythm of a brand built from the ground up.
Showtime Catering is a name Atlanta's festival and film scene knows well.
Their GRILLZ food truck has built a devoted following on the strength of bold flavors and an even bolder personality.
So when they were ready to expand into their first brick-and-mortar location, SOL Sunrise Café, a neo-soul fast-casual restaurant concept, the brand had to be nothing short of remarkable.
I served as Art Director over the full engagement, leading a six-person team of photographers and graphic designers through nearly a year of brandcrafted work.
We built SOL from zero: brand identity and visual language, food photography, interior branding, packaging design, and menu design.
Every deliverable was designed to feel cohesive, culturally rich, and unmistakably alive.
The neo-soul DNA ran through every frame and every font choice, a fiery, warm, deliciously distinguished brand world that honored both the food and the community it was made to serve.
This remains my most comprehensive project to date and a testament to what intentional, full-service creative direction can produce.
